The true value of our wines is in the time spent producing the small lots. Through hard work, sweat, and dedication to quality you will find a unique individual taste. We refuse to push our wines out the door just to make delivery schedules. But instead we wait. Sometimes it seems forever. From the moment the grape is picked, it is on it's own time.

Our handcrafted annual production of less than 500 cases requires only a slight hand in helping the natural process making the vintages truly unique to the year the wine was produced.
